OpenTelemetry Doctrine auto-instrumentation

Overview

Auto-instrumentation hooks are registered via composer, and spans will automatically be created for selected Doctrine\DBAL\Driver and Doctrine\DBAL\Driver\Connection methods.

Configuration

The extension can be disabled via runtime configuration:
