Adds ability to create tel: links (phone links) using the TinyMCE editor in Silverstripe

Usage

After installing the module, go to a page in the CMS with HTML Content edited using the TinyMCE WYSIWIG editor, select some text (i.e. a phone number) and click the Insert Link button on the toolbar.

You will see that a new option has been added in the Link to section called 'Telephone number', select this then enter the desired phone number and link description, then click Insert link.
