Adds styles to the cms page tree to clearly identify pages in draft mode, changed on draft, or removed from draft/live. The idea of this module came from silverstripe/silverstripe-framework#2794 so it can serve as a temporary solution till the UI is adjusted in what will likely be 3.2.

Installation

Download the module from here https://github.com/webbuilders-group/silverstripe-cmstreestatus/archive/master.zip
Extract the downloaded archive into your site root so that the destination folder is called cmstreestatus, opening the extracted folder should contain _config.php in the root along with other files/folders
Run dev/build?flush=all to regenerate the manifest
