README
Image Resizer for Craft CMS
Image Resizer is a Craft CMS plugin that keeps oversized source images from quietly consuming storage and processing time. Resize uploads automatically, process existing assets in batches, and choose whether the original should be retained.
Editors should not need to resize every photograph before it reaches Craft. Set sensible maximum dimensions once and let Image Resizer handle oversized uploads behind the scenes.
Features
- Apply the configured limits as new images enter an asset volume.
- Constrain large source files while preserving their proportions.
- Resize a selected group of existing assets from the index.
- Bulk resize a folder or one or more volumes from the command line.
- Manage resize settings across every volume or configure volumes individually.
- Keep the original source when the project requires a recoverable copy.
- Skip replacement when resizing would create a larger result.
- Review which assets were resized and how the operation completed.
