Abandoned Cart for Craft CMS
Abandoned Cart is a Craft CMS plugin that recovers more Commerce sales by reminding customers about carts they left behind and giving them a direct route back to checkout.
Abandoned Cart keeps the complete recovery workflow inside Craft. Choose when reminders are sent, customise the included responsive email templates, track restoration-link clicks and review abandoned carts from the control panel.
Features
- Send a first reminder and an optional second follow-up on your own schedule.
- Restore a customer's cart from a secure, optionally expiring link.
- Track recovery-link clicks and recovered orders.
- Search and review abandoned carts in the Craft control panel.
- Use your own subject lines, email templates and recovery page.
- Attach Craft Commerce discounts to reminder emails.
- Target customers using guest, previous-order, email and domain rules.
- Process reminders through Craft's queue using cron or a secured web request.
- Test the workflow before sending live reminders.
