This is abandoned extension by developer by Adi @ http://dot.collective.ro/magento-output/magento-shop-by-manufacturer-brand-character-attribute-info-pages/

Took a while to find the source code, so archived here, so anyone can use it.

This extension is called Magento attribute info pages manager (Shop by brand / manufacturer). You can create unique magento pages for your attribute values.
