Owns bank, current, savings, credit, loan, and cash account records, including currency, opening data, lifecycle state, feed references, and encrypted restricted details. Mutations use CreateBankAccount, UpdateBankAccount, and SetBankAccountStatus; presentation adapters are optional and must delegate to these domain boundaries.
