Plugin for custom url management and rewrite fixes

Sample usage

Add app/etc/routes.xml with following config:

    <default>
        <checkout_cart_index>
            <name>checkout/cart/index</name>
            <route>koszyk</route>
            <defaults>
                <module>checkout</module>
                <controller>cart</controller>

            </defaults>
