Main Functionalities

Magento 2 marketplace multi vendor facebook live chat for seller

Installation

* = in production please use the --keep-generated option

Type 1: Zip file

• Unzip the zip file in app/code/Lofmp
• Enable the module by running php bin/magento module:enable Lofmp_FacebookLiveChat
• Apply database updates by running php bin/magento setup:upgrade*
• Flush the cache by running php bin/magento cache:flush

Type 2: Composer

• Install the module composer by running composer require landofcoder/module-seller-facebooklivechat
• enable the module by running php bin/magento module:enable Lofmp_FacebookLiveChat
• apply database updates by running php bin/magento setup:upgrade*
• Flush the cache by running php bin/magento cache:flush

Configuration

• Enable module in admin > Stores > Configuration > Landofcoder Extensions > Seller Facebook Live Chat
• Admin manage seller facebook live chat: Admin > Marketplace > Seller Facebook Live Chat > Facebook Live Chat
• Seller should Get the seller facebook fanpage id
• Seller login on his panel, then go to > Facebook Live Chat > Facebook Chat then input there information:

• Facebook Page Id: Id of the fanpage
• Logged In Greeting: Welcome text for logged in user
• Logged Out Greeting: Welcome text for guest
• Theme Color: Input hexa color code, example: #44bec7
• Status: Enable/Disable feature on seller page

• Frontend will show facebook chat box on seller detail page, and seller's product detail page.
