Fixes network urls when using Wordpress as a composer package in /wp/ folder

Summary

Fixes a scenario when using WP Multi Network plugin and creating new blogs and networks.
The pluign adds the neccesary /wp path on site_url options and keeps the desired upload_path and upload_url_path.
