Latte Creative local dev install

• This will require manual update of repo 344_gp_frontend.git, but will avoid intertwining stuff too much, too soon.
  • git pull [e-mail]:lattecreative/344_gp_frontend.git
  • npm install
  • npm run build
  • You'll find the built assets under /static
