Run vendor/bin/phing -buildfile vendor/final-gene/phing-commons/scripts/phpstormsettings.xml and answer the questions or use the -D USER_HOST=<userhost> -D USER_PATH=<userpath> option to supress questions and set properties or use the -D autodetect=1 option to detect properties from base directory.
