A toolbar entry for ZDT that provides configurable switches for setting an options object that would enable debugging/profiling things on demand.

  1. emit a custom event informing about options change
  2. style the toolbar entry
  3. enable switching options "persistance" adapters e.g., cookie, dist. cache?
