PHOCOA is a MVC-style framework for PHP based on Apple's Cocoa architecture.

The top-level of the project has three folders:

• graphics: Raw art/graphics files used by the framework.
• phocoa builder: a Mac OS X GUI app for configuring phocoa views & controllers (think Interface Builder)
• phocoa: the framework library
